Freedom Comes
From The Inside

“Learning is an unpredictable, unquantifiable, and sometimes combustable process. On fitting days teacher and student interface with ideas, exchange perspectives and unearth meaning together. On rancid days the process is as deconstructive, therapeutic and somehow reconstructive in its evolution.

This mutual enterprise, this partnership of imagination, this endeavour towards meaning making and trust, transforms the teacher, transfigures the student, and permits something fluid, instrumental and nourishing to emerge: Learning.”

– Santina Giardina-Chard

Teaching is not an imposition of the teacher’s will over that of the pupil, not at all. Teaching starts with freedom and ends with freedom. I knew that my calling in life was to help others gain a sense of self-reliance by teaching them how to look within and trust in the inner wisdom they possess.
